Companies such as these seem to continually pop up on ebay and other aggregate sites. The model is that the company lists low quality and counterfeit inventory from China as if it was present in the United States (generally California). Customers that place orders generally report unexpected lead times of a month or more and receive products that are often defective, the incorrect part number, or of inferior quality.
